摘 要:受装配工艺的影响,渐开线直齿轮副传动轴极易出现平行度误差,直接改变齿轮副时变啮合刚度变化规律,进而影响齿轮副的工作状态。为揭示平行度误差对啮合刚度的影响规律,文中采用势能法建立考虑传动轴平行度误差的齿轮副啮合刚度模型,研究平行度误差和齿面摩擦共同作用下的齿轮副啮合刚度变化规律。结果表明:当传动轴出现平行度误差时,齿轮啮合传动时出现扭转变形,产生轮齿扭转刚度,导致齿轮副啮合刚度减小,且啮合刚度随着平行度误差增大而减小,而齿面摩擦直接影响直齿轮副双齿啮合区间和单齿啮合区间啮入阶段的啮合刚度,减小单齿啮合区间啮出阶段的啮合刚度。Affected by the assembly process, the parallelism error of the drive shaft of the involute spur gear pair is very likely to occur, which directly changes the time-varying mesh stiffness variation law of the gear pair, thereby affecting the working state of the gear pair. In order to reveal the influence of the parallelism error on the meshing stiffness, the potential energy method is used to establish the meshing stiffness model of the gear pair considering the parallelism error of the transmission shaft, and the changing law of the meshing stiffness of the gear pair under the combined action of the parallelism error and the tooth surface friction is studied. The results show that when the parallelism error of the transmission shaft occurs, the torsional deformation occurs during the gear meshing transmission, resulting in the torsional stiffness of the gear teeth, which leads to the reduction of the meshing stiffness of the gear pair, and the meshing stiffness decreases with the increase of the parallelism error. The surface friction directly affects the meshing stiffness of the double-tooth meshing section and the single-tooth meshing section of the spur gear pair in the meshing stage, and reduces the meshing stiffness of the single-tooth meshing section in the meshing stage.
