摘  要:住院医师规范化培训是培养优秀合格临床住院医师的重要方法,是加强医学人才培养,提高医疗卫生服务水平的重要手段。本文以郑州大学第三附属医院儿科影像诊断教学为例,从儿科影像诊断学在住院医师规范化培训中的重要性以及教学现况和存在的问题,阐述在儿科影像诊断学住院医师规范化培训中利用网络及信息化平台,将多元化教学模式融入到儿科影像诊断学规范化培训过程中,达到培养学生儿科疾病影像诊断思维和提高儿科疾病诊疗水平的教学目的,落实住院医师规范化培训制度,加快高水平人才培养。The standardized resident taining is an important method to train excellent and qualified clinical residents,and also an important means to strengthen the cultivation of medical talents and improve the level of medical and health services.Taking the teaching of pediatric imaging diagnostics in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University as an example,this paper expounds the using network and information platform integrate the diversified teaching mode into the standardized training process of pediatric imaging diagnostics,achieve the teaching purpose of cultivating students’thinking of pediatric imaging diagnostics and improving the level of pediatric disease diagnostics and treatment,implement the standardized training system of residents,and speed up the training of high-level talents from the importance of pediatric imaging diagnostics in the standardized training of residents and the current situation and existing problems of pediatric imaging diagnostics teaching.
