摘  要:为提高挖坑机使用的舒适性和田间通过性,设计了一种手推减振式挖坑机。该挖坑机主要包括动力机构、隔音装置、减振弹簧、承载台、深度控制机构、车架等。采用LMS Test系统分析了该挖坑机的减振效果,并在田间进行了试验。结果表明:手推减振式挖坑机的减振弹簧的工作载荷极限为3570.49 N,当工作载荷为1165.42 N时,工作效果最佳;隔音装置和减振弹簧的协同作用减振效果显著,机构的隔振率范围为52.1%~91.6%,平均隔振率84.72%,可以有效减少车把端的振感;手推减振式挖坑机作业稳定性高,通过性良好,坑穴垂直度高,平均出土率92.3%,作业效率104坑/小时。In order to improve the comfort and field trafficability of the digging machine,a hand push damping digging machine is designed.The digging machine mainly comprises a power mechanism,a sound insulation device,a damping spring,a bearing platform,a depth control mechanism and a frame mechanism.The damping effect of the excavator is analyzed by LMS Test system.Experiments were carried out in the field.The results show that the working load limit of the damping spring of the hand push damping excavator is 3570.49 N,and the working effect is the best when the working load is 1165.42 N;The synergistic effect of sound insulation device and damping spring is remarkable.The vibration isolation rate of the mechanism ranges from 52.1%to 91.6%,and the average vibration isolation rate is 84.72%,which can effectively reduce the vibration at the handlebar end;The hand driven shock-absorbing excavator has high operation stability,good trafficability,high verticality of pits,average soil rate of 92.3%,and operation efficiency of 104 pits/h.
