摘 要:为了提高作业机械在松软沙地上的牵引性能,基于鸵鸟足的越沙机理,设计了一款沙地履带板。以该款履带板的结构参数为研究对象,基于土力学理论建立了履带板-沙地牵引力数学模型,结合正交实验方法进行了不同形式履带板在沙地上运动的有限元分析,并通过实车实验验证了该款履带板的可行性。研究结果表明:履带板宽度及履刺高度对牵引性能的影响最大;每增加一块基准履带板,其牵引力增幅大约是单块受力的30%。In order to improve the traction performance of working machinery on soft sand,a sandy track shoe based on the mechanism of ostrich feet travelling on sand was designed.The structural parameters of the track shoe were set as the object,and a mathematical model for tractive force between the track shoe and the sand was established.Combined with the orthogonal experiment,the finite element analysis about the motion of different track shoes on sand was carried out.And the feasibility of the track shoe was verified through real vehicle test.The results show that:the track shoe width and track grouser height are the key factors affecting ground traction force;for the preferred track shoe,when one track shoe is added,the shear force increases by about 30%.
