摘  要:目的:评估混合式问题为基础的学习(PBL)模式教学法在心血管内科实习中应用的可行性和效果。方法:入选2018级和2019级皖南医学院临床医学专业五年制本科学生各30名,将2018级30名学生作为对照组,以传统教学方法为主教学;将2019级30名学生作为实验组,以混合式PBL教学模式教学为主。结果:对照组和实验组的理论成绩和病历书写成绩无明显差异(P>0.05);实验组在技能操作(P=0.03),学习兴趣(P=0.038),表达能力(P=0.003),寻找关键词的能力(P=0.022),以及提出问题并解决问题的能力(P=0.033)明显优于对照组。结论:混合式PBL教学模式不仅能够获得核心理论知识,且能够提高医学生解决问题和分析问题的能力。Objective:To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of hybrid problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical cardiovascular medicine practice education.Methods:Total of sixty trainee doctors in 2018 and 2019 from Wannan Medical College were enrolled and divided into control group(30 peoples from 2018)guided by traditional teaching methods and experimental group(30 participants from 2019)leaded by hybrid PBL method.Results:There were no obvious differences in theoretical examination and medical history writing skills between two groups.However,compared to control group,we observed statistically significant differences in clinical skills(P=0.03),interest in learning(P=0.038),the ability of language expression(P=0.003),finding key words(P=0.022)and raising some thinks and solving the problems(P=0.033)in experimental group.Conclusions:Hybrid PBL enhanced medicine students,core knowledge of subjects and improved their ability of solving clinical problems and analysis skills.
