摘 要:针对高职创新教育中存在的重理论轻实践、与产业融合不深、与专业教育结合不紧、对“立德树人”的价值重视不够等问题,文章提出高职创新教育“小问题,大志向”理念,认为:在教学实践上,以问题为导向契合创新教育的特性和本质需求;在教育类型上,解决企业问题彰显职业教育的类型特征;在办学定位上,聚焦“小问题”吻合高职创新教育的层次;在育人目标上,“大志向”引领的创新教育有效落实立德树人的根本任务;在培养效果上,为高职学生筑梦赋能、成就自信;在内在关系上,创新能力与志向理想相互促进、相辅相成。In view of the problems existing in higher vocational innovation education,such as emphasizing theory and ignoring practice,not being deeply integrated with the industry,not closely integrating with professional education,and not paying enough attention to the value of"cultivating people with morality",based on the concept of"small problems and big ambition"in higher vocational innovation education,this paper analyzes the value and influence of problem-oriented on higher vocational innovation education in the following six aspects:1.In teaching practice,problem-oriented meets the characteristics and essential needs of innovation education;2.On the type of education,solving enterprise problems highlights the type characteristics of vocational education;3.In the school orientation,focusing on'small problems'is consistent with the level of innovation education in higher vocational colleges;4.In terms of educational objectives,innovative education led by'ambition'effectively implements the fundamental task of moral education;5.In the training effect,help vocational students establish their dreams and enhance their self-confidence;6.In terms of internal relations,innovation capability and aspirational ideals promote and complement each other.
