摘　　要：疑难病例讨论制度是保障患者就医安全的一项重要的医疗质量核心制度。文章以案例分析形式,针对疑难病例讨论制度落实过程中的难点问题,阐述制度要点。认为医疗机构应尽早识别疑难病例,严格规范参与人员资质,规范记录讨论内容,推进疑难病例讨论制度落实与完善。The intractable case discussion system is an important medical quality core system that guarantees the safety of medical treatment.In the form of case analysis,the main points of the system were elaborated in view of the problems in the implementation process of the intractable case discussion system.It was suggested that medical institutions should identify intractable cases as soon as possible,strictly regulate the qualification of participants,standardize the recording of discussion content,and promote the implementation and improvement of the discussion system for intractable cases.
