摘  要:为揭示形位误差对三大件式转向架曲线通过性能的影响规律,建立某型敞车动力学模型,对比分析了4种不同种类形位误差对曲线通过性能指标的影响。研究结果表明:不同种类形位误差对动态曲线通过的影响规律有所不同;前轮对偏转状态下,一位轮对顺时针偏转0.1°通过右曲线时更有利于转向架曲线通过;后轮对偏转状态下,二位轮对逆时针偏转通过右曲线时脱轨系数、轮重减载率、轮轨横向力更小,二位轮对顺时针偏转0.3°轮轴横向力更小;前后轮对同向偏转状态下,前后轮对顺时针偏转通过右曲线,曲线通过指标相对更小,更有利于曲线通过;前后轮对反向偏转状态下,前后轮对反向偏转0°~0.1°范围内脱轨系数、轮轨横向力相对较小;一位轮对顺时针偏转、二位轮对逆时针偏转通过右曲线轮重减载率相对更小,一位轮对逆时针偏转、二位轮对顺时针偏转通过右曲线轮轴横向力相对更小。In order to reveal the influence of shape misalignment on the curve negotiation performance of three-piece bogies, a dynamic model of a wagon is established, and the influence of four different forms of shape misalignment on the curve negotiation performance is analyzed. The results show that different kinds of shape misalignment have different effects on the dynamic curve passing;under the condition of front wheelset misalignment, it is more favorable for the bogie to pass through when first wheelset misalignment 0.1°;under the condition of rear wheelset misalignment, when the two wheelset anticlockwise misalignment to pass through the right curve, the derailment coefficient, wheel load reduction rate, lateral guiding force are smaller;under the condition of the same direction misalignment of the front and rear wheelset, clockwise misalignment of the front and rear wheelsets passing through the right curve is more conducive to the curve passing;under the condition of the reverse misalignment of the front and rear wheel sets, the derailment coefficient and lateral guiding force are relatively smaller within the range of 0°~0.1°;when passing through the right curve with the clockwise misalignment of the first and second wheelset wheel, load reduction is relatively smaller;while passing through the right curve with the anticlockwise misalignment of the first and second wheelset wheel, lateral guiding force is relatively smaller.
