欧盟通报我国食品接触材料安全状况分析

摘　　要：以2018—2021年欧盟RASFF对华通报数据为研究对象,分析我国出口欧盟食品接触材料的安全状况。结果表明,塑料、植物纤维和金属3种材质的通报次数居于前3位,物质迁移量超标和使用未授权成分是被通报的主要原因,甲醛迁移量、初级芳香胺、三聚氰胺迁移量是被通报的主要项目。The paper analysed the safety of food contact materials from China alerted by EU based on the RASFF data during 2018 to 2021.The results show that plastic,plant fiber and metal were the top three materials,the main alerted reasons were excessive material migration and using unauthorized components,the main alerted items were formaldehyde migration,primary aromatic amine and melamine migration.
