摘 要:民国初期北京大学逐渐陷于负面社会印象,严重妨害了其作为学术组织的持续发展能力。蔡元培就职北大校长后通过印象期待管理,确立以学理为中心的组织定位,重塑组织存在合法性;通过印象呈现管理,强化主客观双重维度的学术发展能力,促进组织架构合理化;通过印象防御管理,完善外部释疑机制,规避组织声誉污名化。以大学印象管理的视角分析蔡元培北大改革,有助于形成新的认识,为当今大学治理提供借鉴。In the early days of the Republic of China,Peking University gradually trapped the negative social impression,which severely hampered its ability to continue to develop as an academic organization.After Cai Yuanpei took office as the president of Peking University,through impression expectation management,he established the organizational positioning centered on academic theory and reshaped the legitimacy of the organization;Through impression presentation management,he strengthened the academic development capabilities of subjective and objective dual dimensions,and promoted the rationalization of organizational structure;Through impression defense management,he improved the external doubt-clearing mechanism,and avoid the stigmatization of the organization's reputation.Cai Yuanpei's excellent university impression management concept and practice can still be used as a reference for Chinese universities to carry out impression management and brand building in the information age.
