案例教学法在内分泌代谢病学继续教育中的应用

摘　　要：案例教学法(CBT)在国内外医学教育中应用广泛并不断改良。教师在临床案例引导下,对医学知识和理论进行讲解,有助于学生更深入理解医学知识,还能更有效地调动学生学习的积极性、主动性、能动性和创造性。内分泌代谢学是临床医学重要的分支学科。随着内分泌代谢领域诊疗知识的更新,医学继续教育需求日益增长。传统的医学继续教育课程以“传授-接受”单向教学模式为主,常常效果不佳。教师采取CBT,可以启发、引导学生在课堂上对临床遇到的真实案例进行讨论,学生能够更深入地理解和掌握内分泌代谢病学诊疗动态及其原理和内在机制,提升学生学习效果。同时,还能提升学生学习的主观能动性,扩展应用基础知识和既往临床经验,分析、解决实际临床问题的能力。因此,在内分泌代谢病学继续教育课程中应用CBT使得教学质量明显提升,还能丰富教学内容,提升教学效果。As an efficient teaching model,case-based teaching(CBT)takes the case as a center issue and the teacher introduces the classic case in the teaching process and explains it in combination with the theory.This method is conducive to deepen the students'understanding of the pathological knowledge and stimulates students'learning enthusiasm with clear targets.Endocrinology and metabolism are important branches of clinical medicine.With the rapid development of knowledge in the field of endocrinology and metabolism,the demand of continuing medical education is growing.The traditional course of continuing medical education is based on a one-way teaching mode.The application of CBT can be inspired and guided by teachers.Through classroom discussions and other forms peer education,it helps the student to better understand medical knowledge.At the same time,it also helps to broaden students'knowledge,improve their capacity building on analysis,problem solving,critical thinking,innovation and self-regulated learning.The application of CBT in continuing teaching of endocrinology and metabolism can significantly improve the teaching quality and learningoutcomes of the trainees with more academic resources.
