美国特殊教育教师专业标准的伦理准则摭探

摘  要:美国特殊儿童委员会颁布的特殊教育教师专业标准,对美国特殊教育教师的培养意义重大。作为专业标准内容之一的伦理准则,被看作特殊教育教师的职业道德要求,是整个专业标准的基础。伦理准则的演进与发展、内容以及伦理准则的特征反映了美国特殊教育教师专业伦理发展的特色。通过对其进行研究,可以更加深入地了解美国特殊教育教师伦理准则的内涵及其新趋势,以便为我国特殊教育教师职业道德建设提供参考建议。The professional standards for special education teachers issued by the American committee for special children are of great significance to the training of special education teachers in the United States.As one of the contents of professional standards,ethical standards are regarded as the professional ethics requirements of special education teachers and the basis of the whole professional standards.The evolution,development,content and characteristics of ethical norms reflect the characteristics of professional ethical development of special education teachers in the United States.By studying it,we can have a deeper understanding of the connotation and new trend of American special education teachers'ethical standards,so as to provide reference and suggestions for the construction of professional ethics of special education teachers in China.
