当归补血汤在恶性肿瘤中作用的研究进展

摘　　要：恶性肿瘤的发生发展严重影响全球人民的生存时间及生活质量,为恶性肿瘤寻找合适的治疗方式已成为医者的关注点。特别是近些年随中医药事业的发展,中医药备受医者及患者的关注。从中医学辨证论治角度而言,虚、瘀是恶性肿瘤产生的最根本原因,补虚化瘀可作为中医治疗恶性肿瘤的基本准则。而中药方剂可通过多成分、多靶点的方式对疾病产生治疗作用,且具有不良反应小、效果佳、性价比高、易被接受、安全性高、服用方便等特点。当归补血汤作为补气生血的经典名方,由黄芪-当归按5∶1配伍而成,其在抗肿瘤、治疗肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制、免疫功能下降、贫血,及保护心脑血管、治疗贫血、治疗血虚型发热、治疗糖尿病、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗疲劳、抗辐射、缓解心肌缺血、抑制血小板凝集、抗肝损伤等方面均具有良好的效果。此外,当归补血汤中具有较多抗肿瘤作用的活性成分,其可通过作用于多种靶点在不同的结合位点发生抗肿瘤功效,但迄今缺乏当归补血汤在恶性肿瘤中作用的综述性文献,基于此,本文对当归补血汤在恶性肿瘤的作用进行综述,利用计算机模拟技术及分子对接技术对当归补血汤抗肿瘤主要活性成分及作用靶点进行分析,以期为医者提供借鉴及参考。The occurrence and development of malignant tumors seriously affect the survival time and quality of life of people all over the world,and finding proper treatment methods has been a focus for doctors.Especially in recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has developed and attracted the attention of doctors and patients.From the perspective of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,deficiency and stasis are the most fundamental causes of malignant tumors,and supplementing deficiency and removing stasis can be regarded as the basic criteria of TCM treatment of malignant tumors.TCM prescriptions can treat diseases by means of multiple components and multiple targets,with the characteristics of slight side effect and high efficacy,safety and cost performance,as well as easiness to be accepted and taken.As a classic recipe for invigorating Qi and generating blood,Danggui Buxuetang consists of Astragali Radix-Angelicae Sinensis Radix5∶1.It has excellent effects in anti-tumor,bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy,immune function decline,anemia,heart and cerebral vessels protection,blood deficiency-led fever,diabetes,antiatherosclerosis,anti-fatigue,anti-radiation,myocardial ischemia alleviation,inhibition of platelet aggregation,liver damage,etc.In addition,with many active anti-tumor ingredients,Danggui Buxuetang can exert antitumor effects via acting on multiple targets in different binding sites.However,there has been a lack of reviews on the role of Danggui Buxuetang in malignant tumors so far.Therefore,in this paper,the functions of Danggui Buxuetang in malignant tumors were reviewed.Besides,molecular docking technology was used to analyze the main active anti-tumor ingredients and action targets of Danggui Buxuetang.
