摘 要:“三全育人”理念强调育人工作中“人”“时”“空”的有效衔接与契合,在“三全”的战略指引下“育人”,不仅可以拓宽理想信念教育之维度,营造理想信念教育之氛围,更能整合理想信念教育之资源;当前“三全育人”理念下大学生理想信念教育存在的问题主要表现为育人主体分散缺失,育人过程间断中止,育人场所存在盲点这三个方面;基于“三全育人”理念,可以从唤醒教育主体正确认知,探索教育过程高效衔接,借助科学的教育保障机制出发,大力提升大学生理想信念教育的实效性,不断推动理想信念教育的内涵式发展。The concept of“three all-round education of people”emphasizes the effective connection and fit of“people”,“time”and“emptiness”in course of education.Under the strategic guidance of“three all-round education”,education can not only broaden and create a good atmosphere of ideology and belief education,but also integrate the resources of ideology and belief education.At present,the ideology and belief education of college students under the concept of“three all-round education”mainly centers on the three aspects:the dispersion and lack of the main body of education,the intermittent suspension of the process of education,and the existence of blind spots in the place of education.Based on the concept of“three all-round education”,we can wake up the correct cognition of the main body of education,explore the efficient articulation of the education process,and vigorously improve the effectiveness of college students'ideology and belief education with the help of scientific education guarantee mechanism,and continuously promote the connotative development of ideology and belief education.
