摘 要:“搭便车”是一种违背商业道德的不良行为,在物流联盟的创新网络内部有着极其严重的影响,尽管有相关制度推出,但是“搭便车”行为仍在知识共享中屡见不鲜。文章从制度模型出发结合行为管理制度中的孙氏图,通过结构化的制度设计研究惩罚制度的有效条件,从观测力度、惩罚力度角度,针对性的提出合理有效的治理措施。最后以菜鸟物流联盟为案例进行数值模拟的仿真分析,得出提高监管部门的监管力度和惩罚力度可以有效抑制知识共享中的不良行为,从而实现物流联盟的创新网络生态系统的稳定健康运行。“Free riding”is a kind of bad behavior against business ethics,which-h has a very serious impact on the innovation network of logistics alliance.Despite the introduction of relevant systems,“free riding”behavior is still comoon in knowledge sharing.Based on the system model and sun's diagram in behavior management system,this paper studies the effective conditions of punishment system through structured system design,and puts forward reasonable and effective governance measures from the perspective of observation intensity and punishment intensity.Finally,taking Cainiao logistics alliance as a case,the simulation analysis of numerical simulation analysis shows that improving the supervision and punishment intensity of the supervision department can effectively restrain the bad behavior in knowledge sharing,to realize the stable and healthy operation of the innovation network ecosystem of logistics alliance.
