摘　　要：新时代、新形势和新任务下的多元化职业发展趋势,对高职院校毕业生的综合素质提出了更高的要求。高职院校的人才培养理念应与时俱进,转型升级,不断地提高人才的专业水平以及素质水平。学生助理工作是高校学生综合能力培养的重要组成部分,也是“三全育人”理念的典型实践。积极探索基于“三全育人”理念下的高职院校学生助理工作体系,为深入推进素质教育提供新思路。The trend of diversified career development under the new era, new situation and new task puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of higher vocational college graduates. Higher vocational colleges should have the concept of talent training keep pace with the times, transform and upgrade,and constantly improve the professional level and quality level of talents. Student assistant work is an important part of the comprehensive ability training of college students and a typical practice of the concept of “San Quan” education. This paper is aimed at actively exploring the student assistant work system in higher vocational colleges based on the concept of “San Quan” education to provide new ideas for further promoting quality education.
