利益相关者视角下大学生参与高校内部治理的路径研究

摘　　要：利益相关者理论为大学生参与高校内部治理提供了全新的视角,即在治理过程中关注核心利益相关者——大学生的真实诉求。面对当前高校内部治理信息公开不足、参与机制缺失、主体自觉缺位、学生组织离场等现实困境,探索信息透明与制度完善相济、外生动力与主体自觉耦合、线上平台与线下参与结合的有效路径,从而激发大学生共治活力,提升高校内部治理效能。Stakeholder theory provides a new perspective for undergraduates to participate in the internal governance of university,that is,payig attention to the real demands of core stakeholders-College Students in the governance process.Facing the current practical difficulties such as insufficient information disclosure of internal governance of university,lack of participation mechanism,lack of subject consciousness,the departure of student organizations and so on,this paper explores the combination of information transparency and system improvement.It is an effective way to consciously couple power and subject,and combine online platform with offline participation,so as to stimulate the vitality of College Students'joint governance and improve the internal governance efficiency of university.
