摘　　要：跨文化能力培养是教学改革的关键,因此跨文化能力培养的方式是相关研究的一大重点方向。本研究基于Moran提出的文化学习模式,设计并实施了通过关键事件法的方式培养学生的跨文化能力的教学行动方案。通过讲述关键事件、讨论分析案例、思考跨文化差异和探讨跨文化问题解决等步骤来切实实施,以期提高学生的跨文化能力,并为跨文化能力培养提供新的教学模式和教学方式。The cultivation of intercultural competence is the key to the teaching reform,so the method of intercultural competence cultivation is a main direction of related research.Based on the cultural learning model proposed by Moran,this study designs and implements an action plan for developing students'intercultural competence through the critical incident method.By telling critical events,discussing and analyzing cases,thinking about cross-cultural differences,and discussing intercultural problem-solving,it is practically implemented to improve students'cross-cultural competence,and provide a new teaching model and pedagogy for intercultural competence development.
