摘  要:价值是社会工作的灵魂,价值教育对实现社会工作教育目标至关重要,价值教育应与我国的核心价值观相统一。但在社会工作专业课程教育中往往只重视理论、技巧和方法的教育,对理论、技巧及方法背后的价值教育重视不够。社会工作专业价值教育中存在重视不够、师资力量不足、合适教材缺乏和实习变味等问题。社会工作专业价值中的知识教育是基础,内化教育则是关键,可以通过与教师、服务对象在互动中及真实的案例教学中实现价值的内化教育,以实现合格社会工作人才的培养目标。Value is the soul of social work.Value education is very important to achieve the goal of social work education,and should be unified with China’s core values.However,in the course education of social work specialty,we often only pay attention to the education of theory,skills and methods,and do not pay enough attention to the value education behind theory,skills and methods.There are some problems in the value education of social work specialty,such as insufficient attention,insufficient teachers,lack of appropriate teaching materials and bad taste of practice.The knowledge education in the professional value of social work is the foundation,while the internalization education is the key.The internalization education of value can be realized through interaction with teachers and service objects and real case teaching,so as to achieve the training goal of qualified social work talents.
