摘  要:培养合格的高素质创新人才是研究生教育的目标和要求。为培养研究生创新能力和科研兴趣,结合研究生教学特点,在学院针对研究生开设的“高等有机合成实验”教学中引入催化转移氢化(CTH)反应。设计的教学内容将前沿技术与基础实验教学有机结合,体现了连续合成实验和选择性反应的特点,既能激励学生理论联系实际,强化自主学习能力,有利于学生创新思维的形成和实验技能的提高,又避免了学生实验中使用氢气的危险。实践证明具有良好的教学效果。Cultivating qualified high-quality innovative talents is the goal and requirement of graduate education. To improve their innovation abilities and scientific research interests, the catalytic transfer hydrogenation(CTH) reaction is introduced into the course of Advanced Organic Synthesis Experiments in our school based on the teaching characteristics, which is well designed in continuous preparation and selective features. On one hand, the proposed training combines advanced technology with basic experiments, which can efficiently encourage students to learn more independently by combing theory and practice. On the other hand, it is helpful to promote their thinking quality and experimental skills. Besides, the CTH reaction also avoids the danger of using hydrogen. Many years of teaching have taken good results. Practice has proved this reform have achieved good teaching results.
