摘  要:现代信息技术不断融入教育领域,先进的教学理念也随之涌入大学课堂。倒置课堂作为传统课堂的创新式改革,利用录制视频等网络资源将“知识传授”和“知识内化”过程颠倒,可发挥学生的主观能动性,实现学生的个性化、差异化发展。“职业卫生与职业医学”作为预防医学专业必修学科之一,将倒置课堂教学模式融入其中,可突破现有课程存在的“教与学”相脱节、人才培养与社会需求脱节以及课程资源建设与使用脱节等困境。With the continuous integration of modern information technology into the field of education,advanced teaching concepts also flood into university classroom. As an innovative reform of traditional classroom,inverted classroom uses network resources such as video recording to reverse the process of knowledge imparting and knowledge internalization, so as to give full play to students’ subjective initiative and realize students’ personalized and differentiated development. Occupational Health and Occupational Medicine, as one of the compulsory subjects of preventive medicine, integrates the inverted classroom teaching model into the teaching, in order to break through the existing difficulties such as the disconnection between teaching and learning,the disconnection between talent training and social needs, and the disconnection between curriculum resources construction and use.
