高职酒店管理与数字化运营专业实践教学体系中存在的问题和对策研究

摘　　要：高职酒店管理与数字化运营专业的实践教学是培养酒店行业所需要的技术技能型人才的关键,但是酒店实践教学体系中存在着产教融合度不够、教师实践能力不足、学生实践学习动力不强等方面的问题。为此,必须从顶层制度设计、双师型队伍建设、课程思政等三个途径入手解决上述问题。The practical teaching of hotel management and digital operation specialty in higher vocational colleges is the key to cultivate technical and skilled talents needed by the hotel industry.However,there are some problems in the hotel practical teaching system,such as insufficient integration of industry and education,insufficient practical ability of teachers,weak motivation of students"practical learning and so on.Therefore,we must solve the above problems from three aspects:top-level system design,double qualified team construction and curriculum ideological and political education.
