摘  要:构建科学、完善、客观的教学督导评级体系,是提升高职院校教育教学质量、实现内涵式发展的关键路径和重要抓手,也是新时代教育改革的既定目标和题中之意。以湖南高职院校作为切入点,针对教学督导内容、方式、人员结构、交流机制等方面存在的问题,结合新时期教育改革形势和高职院校育人实际,从构建操作性强的教学督导评价方案、沟通联动的教学督导评价机制、全面合理的教学督导评价标准以及完善的教学督导评价结果应用信息库等四个方面,对构建高质高效的高职院校教学督导评价体系进行了深入探索。To construct a scientific,perfect and objective teaching supervision and rating system is not only the key path and important start to improve the quality of higher vocational education and to realize the connotative development,but also the established goal and meaning of the new era of education reform.Taking Hunan higher vocational colleges as the breakthrough point,this paper first analyzes the problems existing in the content,way,personnel structure and communication mechanism of teaching supervision.Secondly it makes an in-depth exploration on the construction of high-quality and efficient teaching supervision and evaluation system in Higher Vocational Colleges from four aspects:comprehensive and reasonable teaching supervision and evaluation standards and perfect application information base of teaching supervision and evaluation results.
