摘  要:以学校及企业双方为出发点,分析产教融合视域下高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设过程中存在问题,进而提出针对性的策略及建议,适时调整建设方案、建设路径等内容,从而建立全方位保障的“双师型”教师队伍建设体系,为增强产教融合有效性,建设符合职教发展需求的“双师型”教师队伍提供一定的依据和研究基础。Taking both colleges and enterprises as the starting point,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of double-qualified teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges from the perspective of industry education integration,and then puts forward targeted strategies and suggestions,and timely adjusts the construction scheme and construction path,so as to establish a fully guaranteed double-qualified teacher team construction system.This is expected to provide a certain basis and research basis for enhancing the effectiveness of industry education integration and building a double-qualified"teacher team in line with the development needs of vocational education.
