专业群构建的逻辑与路径研究--以现代旅游服务专业群为例

摘　　要：国家高职示范校、骨干院校、优质院校的建设中,一个重要的共同特征是将高水平专业群建设置于重要位置。以现代旅游服务专业群为研究对象,分析了组建专业群的背景和组建逻辑,提出了专业群与产业链要有对应性,群内各专业要符合产业链、人才培养规律和专业建设特色等观点,并从创新人才培养模式、开发信息化课程教学资源、校企联合推进教材与教法改革、精准打造教师教学创新团队、打造智慧型国际化实践教学基地、构建协同创新平台、聚力文化传承与社会服务、推进国际交流与合作8个方面提出专业群的建设路径,对于培养适应旅游行业变革和市场需求的现代旅游服务人才,以及更好地服务旅游企业高质量发展具有一定促进作用。The construction of high-level specialty groups plays an important role in constructions of national exemplary,core and high-quality vocational colleges.Taking the specialty group of modern tourism service as the object of study,this paper analyzes the background and logic of its establishment.The specialty group should correspond with relevant industry chain.Specialties in the specialty group should conform to relevant industry chain,the law of personnel training and the characteristics of their constructions.In addition,it presents relevant ways of construction of the specialty group in the following eight aspects of innovating the mode of personnel training,developing information-based teaching resources,promoting reforms of teaching materials and methods based on the school-enterprise cooperation,creating the teaching innovation team in an accurate way,creating the international smart practical teaching base,building the coordinated innovation platform,focusing on cultural heritage and social service,and boosting international communication and cooperation,which are helpful in cultivating modern talents of tourism service fitting in with changes of tourism industry and market demands as well as serving the high-quality development of tourism enterprises.
