摘  要:新时代“工匠精神”具有以创新为导向、以技术为生命、以质量为追求的新内涵。工匠精神的核心要素是创新精神,创新是工匠精神的延展,只有把创新创业能力与工匠精神相融合,才能更好地提升育人实效。我国职业教育发展快速,培养兼具工匠精神和创新创业能力的高技能人才,是职业教育的重要任务。为此,阐述工匠精神的内涵、分析工匠精神和创新创业能力协同培养的意义、探究工匠精神和创新创业能力协同培养的途径十分必要。The“craftsman’s spirit”of the new era has a new connotation of innovation-oriented,technology-oriented,and quality-oriented.The core element of the craftsman’s spirit is the spirit of innovation,innovation is the extension of the craftsman’s spirit,only by integrating the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship with the craftsman’s spirit,we can more efficiently improve the effectiveness of educating people.China’s vocational education has developed rapidly,and cultivating high-skilled talents with both craftsman spirit and innovation and entrepreneurship ability is an important task of vocational education.Therefore,it is very necessary to expound the connotation of the craftsman spirit,analyze the significance of the collaborative cultivation of the craftsman spirit and the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,and explore the way of the collaborative cultivation of the craftsman’s spirit and the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.
