北票市区小学大课间活动开展现状分析

摘　　要：少年强,则中国强,青少年是祖国的希望,需要健康的体质。大课间体育活动是一项全国性的体育活动,有利于学生养成良好的锻炼习惯,增强学生体质,增进学生健康,能够促进学生全面发展,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。该文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法及数理统计法对北票市区小学大课间活动的组织与内容、时间与次数、场地与器材等进行调查与分析。研究发现,北票市区小学大课间体育活动开展得不是很理想,大课间的形式和内容较单一,每天大课间活动的次数、场地与时间相对固定,学校领导不重视大课间体育活动。要完善大课间活动,应重视运动时间、开展多样化的课间活动、引起学生体育锻炼的动机、加强各级领导重视程度、引进相关人才,并完善场地器材设施。通过该文研究,期望为北票市区小学生大课间体育活动的开展提供有利帮助。Young people are strong,then China will be strong.Young people are the hope of the motherland and need a healthy constitution.Big recess sports activity is a national sports activity.It is good for students to develop good exercise habits,enhance students'physique,improve students'health,promote students'all-round development,and cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.Using methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates and analyzes the organization and content,time and frequency,venue and equipment of big recess activities in primary schools in Beipiao City.The study found that the development of big recess sports activities in primary schools in Beipiao City is not very ideal,the form and content of large recess are relatively single,the number,venue and time of big recess activities every day are relatively fixed,and the school leaders do not pay attention to large recess sports activities.We should improve the sports time that should be paid attention to in big recess activities,carry out diversified recess activities,arouse the motivation of students'physical exercise,strengthen the attention of leaders at all levels,introduce relevant talents and improve venues,equipment and facilities.Through this study,we hope to provide beneficial help for the development of big recess sports activities for primary school students in Beipiao City.
