摘　　要：为满足高校教育信息化的要求,提高临床生物化学检验实验教学的效率,培养卓越的医学检验本科人才,以贝克曼AU5800全自动生化分析仪为仿真对象,利用Java,Activex,X3D/VRML等技术开发全自动生化分析仪及流水线虚拟仿真实验教学软件。软件主要包含仪器认知、仪器操作、考核测评等六大模块。利用此虚拟仿真实验教学软件,使学生全面掌握全自动生化分析仪及生化检测项目的相关知识,有效解决了目前学校实验教学存在的问题,丰富了实验教学的形式、方法和内容,为实验教学改革探索了新的有效途径。To meet the requirements of education informatization in colleges and universities,improve the efficiency of clinical biochemistry laboratory experiment teaching and to cultivate qualified medical laboratory personnel,the automatic biochemical analyzer and assembly line virtual simulation experiment teaching software based on Beckman AU5800 was developed by using Java,Activex,X3D/VRML and other technologies.The software mainly includes cognitive learning,virtual project operation,assessment and evaluation modules.Through the software,it helps students to master the relevant knowledge of the instrument and biochemical testing items in an all-round way,effectively solving the current problems of school experiment teaching.At the same time,it enriches the form,method and content of experimental teaching,and explores new and effective ways for the reform of experimental teaching.
