高校转型与大学教师学术职业风险——基于全国30所试点转型高校的实证研究

摘　　要：基于全国30所试点转型高校的调查数据,对地方高校转型背景下的大学教师学术职业风险感知状况开展实证研究。通过均值比较对学术职业风险的人口学变量进行分析,通过多元线性回归模型对学术职业风险的可能成因加以探寻。研究结果表明:高校转型下的大学教师学术职业风险总体上仍处于低水平感知状态,但在部分人口学变量上呈现出显著性差异;在生命安全、身心健康、专业能力、职业声望、生涯发展等五个风险维度上,均检测到了具有统计学意义的可能成因。研究建议从研修培训、监测指标、转型改革等方面加强大学教师学术职业风险治理。Based on the survey data of 30Pilot Universities in China,the researchers conducted an empirical study on the perception of university teachers’academic profession risk under the transformation of universities.This study analyzes the demographic variables of academic profession risk by means of mean comparison,and explores the possible causes of academic profession risk through multiple linear regression model.The results show that:under the transformation of universities,the academic profession risk of university teachers is still at a low level,but there are significant differences in some demographic variables;in the five risk dimensions of life safety,physical and mental health,professional quality,professional reputation and career management,the possible causes with statistical significance were detected.It is suggested to strengthen the management of academic profession risk of university teachers from the aspects of research and training,monitoring indicators,transformation and reform.
