摘　　要：本研究通过对贵州省健康管理专业人才需求及人才培养主要问题进行分析,并提出可行建议,为相关院校及贵州省康养产业的发展提供参考。建议如下:各院校要因地制宜制定健康管理人才培养方案;加强教师队伍建设,建立健全健康管理专业教师引进及培训、进修机制;优化及创新健康管理专业人才培养方式方法;重视科学研究,推动成果转化。This study analyzes the demand for health management professionals and the main problems of talent training in Guizhou Province, and puts forward feasible suggestions, so as to provide reference for the development of relevant colleges and universities and the health care industry in Guizhou Province. The suggestions are as follows: colleges and universities should formulate health management talent training programs according to local conditions;Strengthen the construction of teachers, establish and improve the mechanism of introduction, training and further study of teachers majoring in health management;Optimize and innovate the training methods of health management professionals;Attach importance to scientific research and promote the transformation of achievements.
