摘　　要：高职院校开展健美操教学,有助于陶冶学生的情操,提高学生的体育素养及运动水平。选取宿州职业技术学院健美操教学作为研究对象,通过调查研究、实地考察等方式,全面掌握健美操运动在该校的开展现状,剖析该项运动在教学开展中存在的问题。由此,建构科学合理的教学模式和创新教学方法,为满足学生健美操体育需求打下坚实基础。This thesis focus on the aerobics club teaching mode and teaching reform of physical education in higher vocational colleges, select the development situation of aerobics in Suzhou vocational and technical college as the study object, aims to grasp the development situation of aerobics in higher vocational colleges by investigation and study, field investigation and other research methods, try to explore more existing problems in teaching aerobics, build a scientific and reasonable teaching mode and innovating teaching method, continuously reforming teaching method, lay a solid foundation for meeting students’ demand of aerobics.
