摘　　要：网络学习资源的建设可以使学习者便捷地在互联网的环境下实现数据和资料的收集与共享,对更好地做好自我提升意义重大。目前,网络教学资源监管评估机制较差,存在大量重复、低质量的教学资源。文章指出通过整合、共享、优化教学资源,建设经过权威专家评价、审核、认证的网络学习资源,可最大限度地为自主学习者提供有效的服务,满足个性化学习需求,培养学习能力,激发学习热情。For learners,it is of great significance to collect and share data and materials in the Internet environment.The supervision and evaluation mechanism of online teaching resources is poor,and there are a lot of repetitive and low-quality teaching resources.Through the integration,sharing and optimization of teaching resources,we can build the evaluation,audit and certification network learning resources with authoritative experts.To provide effective services for autonomous learners,meet the personalized learning needs,cultivate learning ability,stimulate learning enthusiasm.
