听觉脑干植入对耳蜗畸形听障儿童语言输入与提取效果的个案研究

摘  要:目的探讨听觉脑干植入对耳蜗畸形听障儿童语言输入的效果,以及听觉脑干植入儿童在不同通道下的语言提取效率。方法自制汉字词汇评估表,由12名康复教师共同打分,对1名耳蜗畸形听觉脑干植入儿童进行语言输入与提取效果评估。结果在短时记忆时,患儿视听通道语言输入与视觉通道输入效果无显著差异(P>0.05);在长时记忆中,患儿视听通道语言输入平均分略高于视觉通道输入的平均分;听觉通道、视听通道、视觉通道对语言提取的正确率没有显著影响(P>0.05),但视听通道下的语言提取正确率略高于听觉通道和视觉通道。结论增加听觉通道的语言输入,对听觉脑干植入儿童的语言发展有促进作用。对于听觉补偿不足的听觉脑干植入儿童,采用多感官通道进行语言提取,有助于其语言发展。Objective To explore the effect of auditory brainstem implantation on the language input of children with auditory brainstem implantation,and to explore its language extraction efficiency under different channels.Methods Twelve rehabilitation teachers jointly graded a self-made Chinese vocabulary evaluation form.A child with auditory brainstem implantation was evaluated for language input and extraction.Results In short-term memory,there was no significant difference between the audio-visual channel input and the visual channel's language input effect(P>0.05).But in long-term memory,the average score of audiovisual channel input was slightly higher than the average score of visual channel input.Auditory channel,audio-visual channel,and visual channel had no significant influence on the accuracy of language extraction(P>0.05).However,the accuracy of language extraction under the audio-visual channel was slightly higher than that of the auditory channel and visual channel.Conclusion Increasing the language input of auditory channels can slightly promote the language development of children with auditory brainstem implantation;using multi-sensory channels for language extraction is more helpful to their language development.
