摘 要:目的探究启发式教学在消化内科教学工作中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月某医科大学临床医学教改班的30名学生为研究对象,随机将所有学生分为对照组(n=15)与观察组(n=15)。其中对照组接受讲授式教学,观察组接受启发式教学,学期结束时对两组学生进行试卷考核及问卷调查,对比两组考试结果及问卷调查情况。结果经对比,观察组的理论课程考试成绩明显高于对照组书面成绩(P<0.05);观察组学生的自我调节能力、专业基础知识掌握情况、临床应变能力、医患沟通能力、创新能力以及医疗文书书写能力等明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科教学工作中应用启发式教学不但能够显著提升医学生的书面成绩,同时还可以提高学生群体在学习过程中的积极性与自主性,在培养医学生临床应用能力方面具有十分重要的作用。Objective To explore the application effect of heuristic teaching in the teaching of Gastroenterology.Methods 30 students in the clinical medicine teaching reform class of a medical university January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research object.All the students were randomly divided into control group(n=15)and observation group(n=15).Among them,the control group received lecture teaching and the observation group received heuristic teaching.At the end of the semester,the two groups of students were tested and investigated by questionnaire,and the test results and questionnaire of the two groups were compared.Results After comparison,the test scores of theory course in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The self-regulation ability,mastery of basic professional knowledge,clinical adaptability,doctor-patient communication ability,innovation ability and medical document writing ability of the students in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of heuristic teaching in the teaching of Gastroenterology can not only significantly improve the written performance of medical students,but also improve the enthusiasm and autonomy of students in the learning process.It plays a very important role in cultivating the clinical application ability of medical students.
