摘 要:有效而科学地实施医院住院医师规范化培训绩效考核,对于医院充分了解住培资源投入的效果、培训对医师个人绩效提升和医院发展的积极作用等方面具有极为重要的价值。本文拟结合我国住培绩效考核的实际发展情况,从住培绩效内涵出发,就住培绩效考核实施中的相关问题进行思考,期望能为我国开展住培制度改革、促进住院医师培训制度的建立与完善,提供有益参考。Effective and scientific implementation of standardized training performance appraisal for hospital residents is of great significance for the hospital to fully understand the effects of training input,the positive effects of training on the development of the hospital,and the improvement of physician performance.This article intends to combine the actual development of the performance appraisal of residential training in my country,starting from the connotation of performance appraisal of residential training,and think about relevant issues in the implementation of performance appraisal of residential training,hoping to carry out the reform of the residential training system and promote the establishment of the doctor training system for our country.Provide useful reference.
