摘　　要：民族院校思想政治理论课的教学效果,关系到民族院校大学生思想道德素质培养的质量,关系到民族地区社会环境的稳定与和谐。文章从教学内容与理念、教学理论与实践、教学方法与手段方面分析了民族院校思想政治理论课教学效果的影响因素,提出了融入民族历史文化资源、理论教学与社会实践结合、运用现代教育理念与教学平台的改进策略。思想政治理论课质量评价体系是思想政治理论课教学效果的重要保障,从听课制度、集体备课、好评课方面构建思想政治理论课质量评价体系。The teaching effect of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities for nationalities concerns the cultivation of undergraduates′ideological and political quality,the stability and harmony in minority areas.This paper analyzes the factors influencing the teaching effect from the aspects of teaching contents and ideas,teaching theory and practice,teaching strategies and methods.The strategies to improve the teaching effect include integrating national historical and cultural resources,combining theoretical teaching with social practice,and using modern educational ideas and teaching platform.As an important safeguard an incentive,the quality evaluation system of ideological and political theory courses should be constructed from auditing classes,preparing lessons collectively and recognizing excellent classes.
