摘  要:为研究钢弹簧浮置板轨道的减振特性,测试了我国某城市地铁车辆在隧道内通过该轨道时的钢轨和隧道壁振动加速度,并对比分析了该轨道与一般非减振轨道、减振扣件轨道和橡胶隔振垫轨道的振动特性和减振效果差异。研究结果表明:车辆通过钢弹簧浮置板轨道时,相比一般非减振轨道,钢轨和隧道壁振动加速度有效值分别降低21%和89%。钢弹簧浮置板轨道、橡胶隔振垫轨道和一般非减振轨道的钢轨显著振动频带相似,均表现为400~550 Hz,650~780 Hz,减振扣件轨道为340~440 Hz,650~740 Hz。4种轨道的隧道壁分频振级均在50~63 Hz处达到最大,相比一般非减振轨道,钢弹簧浮置板轨道、橡胶隔振垫轨道和减振扣件轨道在4~200 Hz内的最大减振量依次为17.3,15.1 dB和6.1 dB,钢弹簧浮置板轨道减振效果最突出。In order to study the vibration reduction characteristics of the steel spring floating slab track,the vibration acceleration of the rail and tunnel wall is tested and analyzed when a metro vehicle is passing through the track in a city of China.The vibration characteristics and vibration reduction effects of the track are compared with those of general non-damping track,vibration-damping fastener track and track with rubber vibration isolation pad.The results show that when a vehicle passes the steel spring floating slab track,the vibration acceleration value of the rail and the tunnel wall decreases by 21%and 89%respectively compared with the general non-damping track.The steel spring floating slab track,the track with rubber vibration isolation pad and the general non-damping track rails have similar significant vibration frequency bands of 400~550 Hz and 650~780 Hz.For the damping fastener track,the significant vibration frequency bands are 340~440 Hz and 650~740 Hz.The frequency-divided vibration level of the tunnel wall of the four tracks reach the maximum at 50~63 Hz.Compared with the general non-damping track,the maximum amount of vibration reduction of the steel spring floating slab track,the track with rubber vibration isolation pad and the track with vibration-damping fastener are 17.3 dB,15.1 dB and 6.1 dB respectively in the range of 4~200 Hz.Therefore,the vibration reduction effect of the steel spring floating slab track is more prominent than other tracks.
