摘  要:目的:研究案例教学法、多媒体教学联合应用于呼吸内科实习教学中的效果。方法:选取我院呼吸内科自2019年1月-2020年12月接收120例实习生,按照随机数字表法将其均分至对照组与实验组中,对照组给予传统教学方法,实验组给予案例教学法及多媒体教学法,对比两组教学质量。结果:实验组实习生各项综合能力评分、教学满意度、学习积极性均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:案例教学法、多媒体教学联合应用于呼吸内科实习教学中的效果较为显著。因此,可将案例教学法、多媒体教学法推广至呼吸内科实习生临床教学中,进而促使教学质量可显著提升。To study the effect of the combination of case teaching method and multimedia teaching method in the intern teaching of respiratory medicine.Methods:A total of 120 interns in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided equally into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method.The control group was taught with traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group was taught with case teaching method and multimedia teaching method.The teaching quality of the two groups was compared.Results:The scores of the comprehensive ability,teaching satisfaction and learning enthusiasm of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,which is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the combination of case teaching method and multimedia teaching method in respiratory medicine intern teaching is remarkable.Therefore,the case teaching method and multimedia teaching method can be extended to the clinical teaching of respiratory medicine interns,so that the teaching quality can be significantly improved.
