高职院校劳动教育路径探索——以无锡商业职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：通过阐述劳动教育具有促进社会发展、成就幸福人生和德智体美劳全面发展的重要意义,分析了新时代劳动教育对高等职业教育学生培养的重要作用,具体表现在可以培养高职学生奋斗精神、吃苦耐劳的精神、提升创造能力,以及促进学生全面发展。通过系统分析无锡商业职业技术学院劳动教育工作,总结出了高职院校劳动教育与专业教育相融合,进而促进学生的核心技能养成、劳动教育与校园文化融合促进学生职业素养养成、劳动教育与素质教育融合促进学生综合素能养成,“三融合、三促进”的特色高职院校劳动教育路径。Labor education is of great importance to promote the social development,the achievement of a happy life,and the all-round development in“morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor”.This paper analyzes the important role of labor education in the new era in the cultivation of higher vocational education students,which is embodied in the cultivation of students’fighting spirit,hardworking spirit,their creativity,and the all-round development of students.Through systematic analysis of the labor education of Wuxi Vocational Institute of Commerce,the labor education path with the characteristics of“three fusions,three promotions”is put forward.The fusion of labor education and professional education can promote the cultivation of students’core skills;the fusion of labor education and campus culture can promote the cultivation of students’professional quality;the fusion of labor education and students’comprehensive quality education can promote the cultivation of students’comprehensive quality and basic abilities.
