摘　　要：生物活性肽是指具有生理作用的肽类化合物的总称。目前,在世界范围内已成为研究的热点之一,大量研究发现生物活性肽具备多种生物学功能,包括抗氧化、降压、降低胆固醇、抑菌、抗衰老和抗疲劳等作用,是新药物研究与开发的天然资源库。本文旨在综述南极磷虾活性肽的功能研究进展,探讨其未来的研究方向和发展前景,为南极磷虾的高值化利用提供理论参考。Bioactive peptides refer to the general term for peptide compounds with physiological effects.At present,bioactive peptides have become a research hotspot in the world,and many studies have found that bioactive peptides have many biological functions,including antioxidant,antihypertensive,cholesterol lowering,bacteriostatic,anti-aging,anti-fatigue and so on.They are natural treasures for the research and development of new drugs.The purpose of this paper is to introduce the functional research progress of Euphausia superba active peptides,and to explore its future research direction and development prospects.It provides a theoretical basis for the high value application of E.superba.
