摘 要:利用响应面法优化茶树修剪鲜叶中茶多酚提取的工艺条件,在单因素实验基础上,选择料液比、提取时间、乙醇浓度、提取次数为考察因素,采用多重响应面法优化茶多酚的提取工艺条件。最佳提取工艺:料液比1∶50、提取时间30 min、乙醇浓度80%、提取次数1次。采用该提取工艺所得茶多酚提取率为94.85%,含量为158.40 mg/g。与响应面拟合所得方程预测值95.12%符合良好。It's to optimize the technological conditions of extracting tea polyphenols from fresh leaves of tea trees by response surface methodology.Based on the single factor experiment,the material-liquid ratio,extraction time,ethanol concentration,and extraction times were selected as the examination factors,and the multiple extraction surface method was used to optimize the extraction process of tea polyphenols.The best extraction process:material-liquid ratio 1∶50,extraction time 30min,ethanol concentration 80%,extraction frequency 1 time.The extraction rate of tea polyphenols obtained by this extraction process is 94.85%,and the content is 158.40mg/g.The predicted value of the equation obtained by fitting with the response surface is 95.12%in good agreement.
