摘  要:文章旨在从15种植物精油和6种有机酸中筛选出对金黄葡萄球菌和乙型溶血性链球菌抑菌效果最好的精油和酸,通过正交试验筛选出最佳复合精油,并研究其与有机酸复合的协同作用。结果表明,肉桂醛、牛至油和甲酸对金黄葡萄球菌和溶血性链球菌的抑菌效果最好,其中肉桂醛和牛至油对金黄葡萄球菌和溶血性链球菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为0.3125和0.625 mg/mL;肉桂醛与牛至油最佳组合为2:1,其对金黄葡萄球菌和溶血性链球菌最小抑菌浓度分别为0.078125和0.3125 mg/mL;复合精油与甲酸复合提高了整体抑菌效果。The purpose of this experiment is to select the essential oil and acid with antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Beta-hemolytic streptococcus from fifteen kinds of plant essential oils and six kinds of organic acids.The best compound essential oil was selected by orthogonal test,and its synergistic effect with organic acid was studied.The results shows that cinnamaldehyde,oregano oil and formic acid had the best antibacterial effects on Staphylococcus aureus and Betahemolytic streptococcus.The minimum inhibitory concentrations of cinnamaldehyde and oregano oil against Staphylococcus aureus and Beta-hemolytic streptococcus were 0.3125 and 0.625 mg/mL respectively;The optimal combination of cinnamaldehyde and oregano oil was 2:1,and its minimum inhibitory concentrations against Staphylococcus aureus and Betahemolytic streptococcus were 0.078125 and 0.3125 mg/mL,respectively.The combination of compound essential oils and formic acid improves the overall antibacterial effect.
