摘  要:新冠肺炎疫情极大地推动了在线教学的改革发展,凸显了在线教育的应急重要性。教学型高校作为在线教学的实施者和管理者,面临着教师在线教学水平不高、学生在线学习效果不理想、学校在线教学质量保障体系不完善等3种困境。而解决这些困境的主要途径在于:专注提升教师教学的信息素养和胜任力;充分激发学生学习的积极性和主动性;持续强化学校管理的资源配置和制度创新。The epidemic situation has greatly promoted the reform and development of online education,highlighting the emergency importance of online education.As the implementer and manager of online teaching,teaching-oriented colleges and universities are faced with three dilemmas:the teachers's online teaching level is not high,the students's online learning effect is not ideal,and the school'ss online teaching quality guarantee system is not perfect.The main way to solve these dilemmas is to focus on improving teachers's information literacy and competence in teaching,fully stimulate students's enthusiasm and initiative in learning,and continuously strengthen the allocation of resources and system innovation in school management.
