摘  要:比较分析了国内外医学院校医学人文教育和教学及发展现状,研究并落实探索基于三全育人理念的医学院校医学人文教育改革实践,取得了一定成效。具体措施是:加强顶层设计,构建医学人文教育教学体系;实施“四阶式”全过程医学人文教育并建立全员联动机制;强化医学人文教育与课程思政的融合贯通;建设以学生为中心,问题为导向的医学人文教育案例集;开展课堂革命,改革传统教学方法;开创医学人文教育第二课堂,营造浓厚人文氛围。This article analyzes the current development of medical humanities education in China and abroad,and explores the reform practice of medical humanities education based on the concept of"Sanquan Education",and has achieved certain results.The specific measures are as follows:strengthen the top-level design,build a medical humanities education and teaching system;implement the"four-tier"whole-process medical humanities education and establish a full-member linkage mechanism;strengthen the integration of medical humanities education and curriculum ideology;build a student-centered,Problem-oriented medical humanities education case collection;carry out classroom revolution,reform traditional teaching methods;create a second classroom of medical humanities education,and create a strong humanistic atmosphere.
