摘 要:基于以主题鲜明、内容精悍、传播便捷、即看即学为特点的“微课”模式,以临床真实病案为切入,通过临床思辨引导、经典查房互动、名医临证经验分享等多种形式,初步探索一套能激发学生自主性及互助性学习意识、提升其经典与临床能力的中医内科临床教学方案。“微课”形式贯穿教学方案始终,值得在今后中医内科临床教学中推广应用。To explore a set of clinical teaching programs of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)preliminarily,which can stimulate students’autonomous and mutual learning consciousness and enhance their TCM classics level and clinical ability.The research is based on the micro-course model,which is characterized by bright theme,essential and significant content,convenient communication and instant learning,regarding real clinical records as the breakthrough point,through a variety of methods such as the clinical speculative guidance,interaction in teaching ward round of TCM classics,the clinical experience sharing of famous doctors and so on.The micro-course model runs through the teaching programs,and is worthy of popularization and application in the clinical teaching of TCM internal medicine in future.
