摘  要:分析了中医“望、闻、问、切”四诊在疾病诊断过程中的重要性,根据带教学生过程中遇到学生不能够全面掌握四诊技能的实际情况,对示教课中如何培养和锻炼学生的四诊思维进行了设计和实操。将示教课中四诊思维训练过程设计为4个环节:理论知识回顾、四诊实操要求、四诊过程训练、教师点评。对每一个环节的内容和要求进行诠释,并在中医妇科学示教课中进行实际应用,将应用中发现的问题进行概括总结,并提出相应对策。This paper analyzes the importance of“inspection,listening and smelling,inquiry,palpation and pulse taking”in the process of disease diagnosis.According to the actual situation that the students cannot fully master the four diagnostic skills in the process of teaching.This paper designs and exercises how to cultivate and exercise the students’four diagnostic thinking in the teaching course.The training process of four diagnostic thinking is designed as four links:review of theoretical knowledge,practical requirements of four diagnostics,process training of four diagnostics,and teachers’comments.The contents and requirements of each link were explained,and the practical application was carried out in the teaching of Gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine.The problems found in the application were summarized and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
