摘　　要：病理技术是病理学的重要组成部分,培养病理技术人才是病理技术发展的主要方面,注重病理技术人才的培养,提高病理技术人才的业务水平和创新能力,有利于更好地服务病理教学科研和精准医疗诊断。河南省人民医院病理科针对病理技术实习生的教学工作,分别从科室规章制度、教学方法、学习方式、考核方式4个方面对病理技术实习生教学培养模式进行探讨,以期探索合理、高效的教学模式,提高学生对病理技术的掌握能力和思考创新能力,为社会培养和造就高素质实用型医学创新病理技术人才。Pathological technology is an important part of pathology,the training of pathological technical personnel is the main aspect of the development of pathological technology,pay attention to the training of pathological technical personnel,improve the professional level and innovation ability of pathological technical personnel,is conducive to better service of pathological teaching and scientific research and accurate medical diagnosis.Department of pathology of Henan provincial people’s hospital for pathological technology intern teaching work,respectively from the department rules and regulations,the teaching method,learning mode,evaluation mode in four aspects of pathology teaching intern training mode were discussed,in order to explore a reasonable and efficient teaching mode,to improve students’mastery of pathologic technology thinking ability and innovation ability,train and bring up high quality for the society medical innovation pathologic practical technical personnel.
