高职院校专业设置和区域产业结构适应性研究——以保山中医药高等专科学校为例

摘　　要：专业设置是职业教育培养技术技能人才的关键,应适应区域经济社会和产业发展需求。以保山中医药高等专科学校的专业设置为例,重点以保山市卫生产业发展趋势为切入点,分析保山中医药高等专科学校的专业设置与保山市产业经济的适应性,由此提出高职院校在专业建设与发展中应主动对接区域产业发展,建立联动和共享机制,优化外部政策环境,突出专业特色,发挥专业群协同效应,加大校院(企)合作、医教协同力度,实现高质量就业,以加强高职院校专业结构与产业结构的适应性,促进学校健康发展。Specialty setting is the key to training technical talents in vocational education,which should meet the needs of regional economic,social and industrial development.Taking the specialty setting of Baoshan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,and focusing on the development trend of health industry in Baoshan City,this paper analyzes the adaptability between the specialty setting of Baoshan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Baoshan’s industrial economy.It is proposed that higher vocational colleges should actively connect with regional industrial development,establish linkage and sharing mechanism,optimize the external policy environment,highlight professional characteristics,give play to the synergy of professional groups,increase the cooperation between colleges,hospitals(enterprises)and medical education,and realize high-quality employment,so as to strengthen the adaptability of professional structure and industrial structure of higher vocational colleges.
