摘 要:玉米纤维是玉米籽粒的组成部分。在玉米乙醇生产过程中,若将玉米纤维加以有效利用,可增加乙醇产量,改善DDGS产品品质。本文通过优化磨浆工艺,在同步糖化发酵过程中添加纤维素酶,得到可供放大测算的基础数据。综合产值测算结果表明,在磨浆时间为20 s,纤维素酶加量为0.2 g/kg原料时,乙醇总产量提高约3.6%。若在30万t/年燃料乙醇装置上应用,总产值将提高约1000万元/年,具有显著的经济效益。Corn fiber is a part of the corn kernel.If the corn fiber can be utilized in the production process of corn ethanol,the total ethanol yield can be increased,and the DDGS quality can be improved.In this research,the milling process was optimized,and cellu-lase was added during the simultaneous saccharification and fermentation process.The comprehensive output value was calculated on the basis of the experimental results.The results showed that,when the milling time was 20 s,and the cellulase dosage was 0.2 g/kg corn,the total ethanol yield increased by about 3.6%.If this technology is applied in the 3×105 t/year fuel ethanol plant,the total out-put value will increase by about 10 million RMB/year.
