摘 要:从甘肃省临夏市和政、广河县两地入手,对当地农村学前教育现状及其成因进行调查和分析,提出解决甘肃省民族地区农村学前儿童教育的对策建议:加强师资队伍建设以提高教师素养、提高教师待遇以促进职业成长、增加经费投入以改善办园条件、增强家园合作以转变家长观念.这对我国民族地区学前教育的发展能起到借鉴作用.Starting from Hezheng and Guanghe County of Linxia city in Gansu Province,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation and its causes of local rural preschool education,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve problems of rural preschool children’s education in ethnic areas of Gansu Province:strengthening the construction of teachers to improve teachers’quality,improving teachers’treatment to promote their professional growth,increasing funds to improve the conditions of schools,and strengthening famliy-school cooperation to change parents’ideas.These suggestions can be used as a reference for the development of preschool education in ethnic areas in China.
